Abstract

La calidad que ofrece una empresa se sustenta, ante todo, en las competencias que a través de su funcionamiento exhiban los dirigentes que la representan. La efectividad empresarial resultante se traduce en el nuevo valor que se genera con el proceso de preparación y superación de los dirigentes, con el objetivo de cumplir las expectativas de la sociedad en su conjunto.
