Abstract

El objetivo del presente trabajo es proponer un procedimiento para el diseño de comunidades de práctica en la UEB Geysel Cayo Santa Maria para mejorar la atención al cliente. En esta organización se presta servicio a clientes industriales y se forma una imagen a partir de los técnicos que laboran directamente con el cliente. El trabajo ha servido de base para los directivos de la empresa en la conducción de mejores políticas de capacitación en atención al cliente y la adecuada gestión del conocimiento.
