Abstract

Esta investigación demuestra que como consecuencia de la firma del TLCAN, la captación de recursos de la IED en nuestro país ha sido positiva. Se realizó con información y datos de 164 naciones en vías de desarrollo, países emergentes subdesarrollados y de los llamados del primer mundo. Fundamentalmente la región de nuestro continente, Europa, África y Asia. Las bases de datos de donde se capturó la información fue la creada por el Banco Mundial, FMI y OCDE. Se utilizó técnicas estadísticas de regresión múltiples y un análisis de varianza, transformaciones logarítmicas. Para determinar las variables más significativas y cuantificar el grado de influencia, se utilizó el paquete estadístico statgraphics 5.0 plus.
