Nuevos Enfoques Para Realizar Auditorias A La Gestión En Grafica Cienfuegos

Abstract

La Auditoría de gestión es el examen que se efectúa a una entidad por un profesional externo e independiente, con el propósito de evaluar la eficiencia de la gestión teniendo en cuenta los objetivos generales; su eficiencia como organización y su actuación y posicionamiento desde el punto de vista competitivo con el propósito de emitir un informe sobre la situación global de la misma y la actuación de la dirección. A partir de la Constitución de 1991 sus leyes y decretos reglamentarios, en su articulo 267 señala la gestión fiscal del estado, incluyendo el control de gestión, fundado en la eficiencia. El alcance de la evaluación de la gestión y de la información contable, financiera, legal, técnica y administrativa, estadística que son propios de los diferentes procesos desarrollados por la entidad en cumplimiento a lo que establece según la Ley 42 de 1993 de control fiscal.
