Las Reformas Constitucionales Y La Justicia Originaria

Abstract

Sabino Pizarro, Secretario de Relaciones de la Confederación Única de Trabajadores Campesinos de Bolivia (CSUTCB), al pedir al gobierno que militarice el territorio de los ayllus (gens – unidades familiares) en el que se produjo la muerte de 4 policías (Uncía, Potosí) y afirmar que “no es justicia comunitaria lo que han hecho, es linchamiento y ello debe investigarse, los culpables deben ser castigados y enviados a la cárcel” (La Prensa 30–05-10). Cuestionó y replanteó el problema de la “justicia comunitaria”, incorporada en la “Nueva Constitución Política” (sic.) luego de un proceso de preparación (1990 -2010) sustentada por organizaciones internacionales.
