Reformas Constitucionales Y Reivindicaciones Sectoriales

Abstract

El paro cívico de Puerto Suarez, las movilizaciones en Caranavi y las efectuadas por maestros y fabriles; las resoluciones de los ampliados locales y nacionales particularmente de los trabajadores fabriles de La Paz, que solicitaron la expulsión del secretario general y otros dirigentes de la Central Obrera Boliviana (COB); las marchas del 1 de Mayo y los enfrentamientos entre las fuerzas del gobierno y los sindicatos expresan la diferencia que existe entre los objetivos prioritarios de carácter reivindicativo (hospitales, caminos, salarios, ítems para salud y educación, etc.) que tienen las regiones, los sectores laborales, la clase media y la población empobrecida que exigen soluciones inmediatas y las del gobierno que se refieren, contrariamente, a objetivos políticos mediatos ligados a la “construcción del Estado Plurinacional” que no responden inmediatamente a las necesidades vitales de la Nación boliviana (incluida las etnias).
