Las Reformas Constitucionales Y La Crisis Económica

Abstract

La crisis estructural provocada por la contradicción que existe entre las fuerzas productivas - constituidas por los nuevos inventos, instrumentos y medios de producción, el desarrollo del conocimiento, la técnica, la ciencia, la cibernética - y las relaciones de producción correspondientes al modo de producción moderno plantea la necesidad de cambiar la forma de organización de la sociedad contemporánea por otra distinta que establezca la correspondencia armónica entre las fuerzas productivas y las relaciones de producción alcanzadas por la humanidad de manera que, la economía se encuentre al servicio del ser humano y no a la inversa como históricamente el hombre organizó y desarrolló primero la sociedad esclavista y luego la feudal y la capitalista.
