Abstract

Las Organizaciones de éxito en el mundo, han probado que la innovación y el cambio son el secreto de los grandes adelantos hacia una mejor gestión de la producción, los servicios, el costo y la calidad total, con el objetivo a brindar el mejor desempeño tanto a los clientes como a los trabajadores del propio negocio. Las organizaciones necesitan nuevas disposiciones mentales que acepten y adopten el cambio como un elemento de presencia permanente, sobre la base de una preparación consecuente y consistente.
