Abstract

Cada día se acrecienta más el interés de empresas, en los temas de Gestión Integrada de Capital Humano (GICH), este factor se ha convertido en uno de los activos más importantes con que cuentan las organizaciones en la actualidad. La formación de los Recursos Humanos(RH), brinda la oportunidad de profundizar en el indiscutible lugar que ocupa el hombre, al ser este el encargado de producir los principales medios de vida que se necesitan para la transformación de él y la sociedad misma, representando su accionar no solo en la economía, sino en las demás esferas de la vida. Este artículo plantea los elementos necesarios para la acciones de formación de los RH y propone un procedimiento metodológico propone su ejecución en la industria, demuestra la necesidad de organizar, diagnosticar, planificar, ejecutar y evaluar sistemáticamente las acciones de formación.
