Abstract

El trabajo que se presenta fue realizado con el objetivo de diseñar un procedimiento para el análisis de valor de la producción de mosaicos en la UEB Hormigón y Carpintería de la Empresa Materiales de la Construcción de Las Tunas. Para ello se realizó un amplio estudio bibliográfico, donde se tuvieron en cuenta elementos teóricos aportados por los estudiosos del tema. Como parte del proceso investigativo se realizó un diagnóstico de las insuficiencias en el proceso de producción del mosaico a partir del cual se diseña el procedimiento para la realización del análisis de valor de dicha producción. La favorable valoración del procedimiento por un grupo de expertos en la materia posibilita prever la factibilidad de su aplicación, de manera que el análisis de valor constituya una valiosa técnica de gestión empresarial y una eficaz herramienta para la toma de decisiones.
