Nuevo Método Para El Registro De Las Devoluciones En Las Tesorerías Municipales De La Onat Utilizando El Versat

Abstract

En las oficinas municipales de la ONAT, departamento de tesorería, se registran y efectúan las devoluciones de ingresos indebidos del presupuesto de estado; para este propósito se asigna un presupuesto que limita el saldo máximo a devolver en el año. Hasta junio de 2009 el control del cumplimiento del presupuesto debía ser llevado a mano por los tesoreros aunque se registraban en el software Versat. Con este trabajo se logró configurar el Versat para que, además de registrar la operación, controle el presupuesto de devoluciones.
