Del Trabajador Al Colaborador: Del Uso De La Teoria Del Capital Humano En El Proceso De Privatizaciones En Argentina (1990-2001)

Abstract

La privatización de la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones (ENTEL) transformó profundamente las identidades laborales, producto de un enfrentamiento suscitado por el campo privado entre nuevos y viejos trabajadores. Numerosas mutaciones epistemológicas acompañaron las innovaciones técnicas que constituirán el sustrato sobre el cual se construirá una nueva cultura organizacional. En este artículo intentaremos demostrar que en la teoría del capital humano estructura la ofensiva capitalista en Argentina a principios de 1990 para lograr su objetivo estratégico: aumentar sensiblemente la productividad laboral.
