Evaluación De La Eficiencia Técnica De La Producción De Viandas En Las Empresas Agropecuarias Benito Juárez Y Osvaldo Herrera

Abstract

Entre los debates económicos más controversiales se pueden encontrar los análisis de eficiencia productiva. En la medida que los recursos financieros escasean y con ellos los objetos, medios y fuerza de trabajo, los estudios empíricos encaminados a indagar sobre el modo de utilización de los recursos productivos adquieren prominencia en el área de las ciencias económicas. Esta investigación aplica un procedimiento para la evaluación de la eficiencia técnica de la producción de viandas en las Empresas Agropecuarias Benito Juárez y Osvaldo Herrera, ambas surgidas del proceso de reestructuración azucarera en la provincia Villa Clara. La investigación confirma la existencia de reservas potenciales de eficiencia en la gestión de los recursos y examina en forma detallada la dinámica de los índices de eficiencia técnica en los períodos analizados.
