Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como título “Estudio sobre cálculo de los costos de calidad en la empresa de productos Lácteos Bayamo, Aplicación de metodología para su control”. El objetivo de este trabajo es la Propuesta de una metodología para la identificación y cálculo de los costos ocasionados por concepto de calidad, adaptada a las especificidades de la organización para que contribuya a la eficiencia, eficacia y efectividad de los procesos.
