Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación es exploratorio- transversal, permite identificar los procesos de transformación de las empresas desde la auto percepción de los dueños, que hay en el sector manufacturero en Celaya. Se levantó una muestra de 420 empresas con distintos giros en ese sector. Basándose en la pregunta abierta: ¿En qué fase se encuentra su empresa y díganos porqué, en inicio, crecimiento, desarrollo?
