Abstract

El presente artículo, tiene como objetivo principal proponer una Metodología para el Sistema de Gestión de Costo en las empresas Azucareras de la Provincia de Granma, que suministre información para un eficiente proceso de toma de decisiones, tomando como objeto de investigación el Sistema de Gestión de las empresas de este Sector, seleccionándose el Campo de Acción vinculado con los Sistemas de Información en los que se basa el proceso decisional de estas.
