Abstract

El Sistema de Estimulación es una parte esencial del sistema de gestión integrada de capital humano y es reconocida su influencia significativa en el logro de altos niveles de productividad, calidad y competitividad y por ello se convierte en un medio importante con el que cuentan las empresas para atraer, mantener, desarrollar y comprometer al hombre, ello sin dudas tendrá influencia en el logro de la misión de la organización y a su vez, contribuye de manera significativa, al desarrollo de la sociedad y la satisfacción de las necesidades de sus miembros y la creación de nuevos valores.
