Abstract

En Cuba la sostenibilidad financiera de los sectores sociales es garantizada por el Estado Cubano, a través del Presupuesto Central, el cual se aprueba como Ley por la Asamblea Nacional del Poder Popular, Órgano Supremo del poder legislativo del Estado cubano.
