Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar las concepciones acerca de la administración financiera y dentro de ella al sistema presupuestario, reflexionando acerca de sus características en Cuba y en otros países de Latinoamérica haciendo énfasis en el presupuesto local.
