Abstract

La implementación de la evaluación institucional universitaria en Cuba ha coincidido con una nueva etapa de la universalización en la universidad, reafirmando la necesidad de búsqueda continua de elevados niveles de calidad, pertinencia y excelencia académica, mediante procesos de evaluación que permitan relacionar procesos y efectos y realizar valoraciones optimizantes como vía decisiva para su mejora continua.
