Abstract

Las organizaciones desarrollan mecanismos que mantienen el orden social al interno de ellas. La más clásica en el estudio de estos dispositivos es el panóptico que se toca en las experiencias de los migrantes laborales mexicanos en Estados Unidos. Otro mecanismo que genera de alguna manera el Estado (por sus leyes) y se dan sus efectos en las organizaciones, es el fenómeno llamado cuasiconfinamiento que viven principalmente los migrantes “irregulares”, donde este dispositivo de organizaciones totales permiten la reproducción de la docilización del trabajo y la explotación.
