Abstract

El Control de Gestión Estratégico permite articula estratégicamente las acciones de una entidad a su misión y objetivos, de acuerdo a las prioridades fijadas en los planes de desarrollo, con el propósito de garantizar la mayor transparencia y coincidencia entre las decisiones derivadas de la planeación y las acciones reflejadas en el presupuesto , sin una descripción sistémica de la misma , los ejecutivos no logran comunicarla con facilidad, ni entre sí ni a sus trabajadores, compartirla logra una compresión así como su alineación en torno a ella y localizarla contribuirá a su implementación.
