Abstract

En el Grupo Comercializador Palmares de Las Tunas se está proponiendo la implementación del Cuadro de Mando Integral, una novedosa herramienta para el control y gestión empresarial. Esta implementación implica un cambio en varios niveles de la organización. La existencia en la empresa de un liderazgo que responda a las exigencias actuales podrá hacer posible esta implementación. En el presente informe, se muestra el proyecto de investigación titulado “Liderazgo y cambio organizacional en el caso de la implementación del Cuadro de Mando Integral en el Grupo Comercializador Palmares.”
