Abstract

El desarrollo de la economía cubana y el logro de altos índices de desarrollo social, están relacionados estrechamente con las políticas fiscales y de gestión presupuestaria llevadas a cabo desde los mismos inicios de la revolución cubana. La jerarquización de los programas sociales en el presupuesto, tales como, la educación, la salud pública, la seguridad social, el deporte, entre otros aspectos, han coadyuvado a elevar sistemáticamente el nivel de vida de nuestra población.
