Cambio De Comportamiento De Los Agentes En Las Organizaciones Y Sistemas Disciplinarios

Abstract

De acuerdo a los criterios de clasificación encontrados para ese análisis factores exógenos de la organización y condiciones del migrante, por un lado, por el otro factores endógenos de la organización y sistemas disciplinarios. Para solo analizar algunos de los casos que hacen referencia a los sistemas disciplinarios. Estos fueron organizados en los discursos referidos a disciplina, la organización encarnada, la responsabilidad junto a la estructura deóntica, formas de trabajo, supervisión, exigencia de lo estricto, intensidad en el trabajo, el trabajo duro, formas de remuneración de trabajo, jornada de trabajo: horario y puntualidad, el facultamiento del agente y la docilidad, por último los estados anímicos derivados del trabajo.
