Abstract

La presente tesis analiza las propuestas de integración regional de los primeros años de Gobierno del General Juan Domingo Perón en la Argentina (1946-1948), particularmente la "Unión de los Países del Sur" y la "Unión Latina". Se relacionan dichas propuestas de integración con un modelo específico de autonomía conocido como "Autonomía Heterodoxa" teorizado por el Profesor argentino Juan Carlos Puig.
