Programa De Auditoría Para Evaluar La Gestión De Los Recursos Humanos En La Dirección Provincial De Planificación Física Las Tunas

Abstract

El trabajo que se presenta fue realizado con el propósito de elaborar un Programa de Auditoría que responda a las necesidades de la Dirección Provincial de Planificación Física Las Tunas en cuanto a la evaluación del grado de economía, eficiencia y eficacia con que se lleva a cabo el Proceso de Control de Gestión, y en especial lo referido al Reclutamiento y Selección del Personal. La aplicación parcial del mismo permitió detallar posteriormente en el Informe de Auditoría que, aunque la Entidad cumple en cierta medida con las políticas trazadas existe de un grado de deterioro parcial de la economía, la eficiencia y la eficacia que puede comprometer su Misión, arribando a importantes conclusiones y recomendaciones que le permitirán erradicar las deficiencias encontradas y elevar el control en la Gestión de los Recursos Humanos.
