Abstract

La organización de la sociedad tuvo un proceso complejo en su desarrollo que pasó de la horda, que constituye la primera forma de organización social correspondiente al comunismo primitivo en la que no existía Estado, propiedad privada ni clases sociales, a la Nación que es la modalidad de organización de la sociedad moderna en la que fue constituido el Estado democrático primero y luego, en el periodo contemporáneo, el denominado Estado “socialista” (URSS, China, Cuba, etc.). Formas de Estado que fueron perfeccionados sobre los antecedentes del Estado esclavista y el feudal.
