Abstract

Explorar las distintas políticas impositivas de los gobiernos tanto federalistas como centralistas del periodo 1823-1847, conocer el contexto histórico en que estas políticas fueron implementadas y entender la debilidad del gobierno central de esa época para generar reformas fiscales que impulsaran el desarrollo económico del naciente país.
