Abstract

Con el objetivo de evaluar la incidencia en el ingreso del consumidor la elección de compra de los productos agropecuarios en los mercados de la región de Cienfuegos; forzados por la importancia que estos revisten de subsistencia humana se trata, plasmamos en este trabajo de diploma información sobre el pensamiento agroalimentarios.
