Abstract

El tema de los derechos humanos corresponde a una materia extremadamente amplia y que ha cobrado una importancia cada vez más relevante en el desarrollo económico y social de cualquier sociedad. El fenómeno de la globalización como tantas veces se ha comentado, ha puesto en el tapete de la discusión los avances y retrocesos, las alegrías y las penas, la cultura y la tragedia que ha ocurrido y sigue ocurriendo en distintas partes del mundo.
