Abstract

El presente trabajo se desarrolló sobre la base de las investigaciones realizadas en el marco del Proyecto Tecnología integral del cultivo del girasol, teniendo como finalidad el estudio económico de las posibilidades que brinda esta oleaginosa en el sector agropecuario cubano. Se fundamenta la necesidad de buscar alternativas viables a la solución del problema alimentario, basadas en la producción nacional. Se investigan la viabilidad y factibilidad económicas de la producción del cultivo, orientado a la obtención de forraje para la alimentación del ganado vacuno lechero en período poco lluvioso.
