Reforma y Ley contra el Acaparamiento: Inconstitucional y Lesiva al Pueblo

Abstract

A propósito del foro anunciado por el Ministro del ministro del Poder Popular Para las Industrias Ligeras y Comercio, William Contreras, denominado "El desabastecimiento de alimentos, arma de la contrarrevolución", exponemos, a la opinión pública, una serie de reflexiones de interés sobre el tema. Muchos de los razonamientos que expondremos, han sido argüidos con anterioridad. Sin embargo, aceptando la “invitación” del Ministro a la discusión pública, aprovechamos de exponer argumentos de peso sobre la imperfección de los reguladores, especialmente en aquellos casos en el cual su actuación no resulta conveniente (mercados potencialmente competitivos), al menos vía férreas regulaciones económicas.
