La Perspectiva Innoble De La Integración Económica Latinoamericana

Abstract

La superación de la crisis política y diplomática entre Colombia y Ecuador, provocada por el ataque del gobierno colombiano a un puesto guerrillero de las FARC asentadas en suelo ecuatoriano, tiene diversas lecturas sobre el futuro del proceso de integración andino y, por extensión, latinoamericano. Una de estas lecturas se deja entrever de las declaraciones dadas por el presidente de Ecuador, Rafael Correa, posteriores a la crisis, en las cuales aseguraba que, más allá del conflicto político, del cual parece dar algunas pistas se mantendrá con otros mecanismos (bien lo dijo Clausewitz "la guerra es la continuación de la política por otras vías" y se podría parafrasear que la "política es la continuación de la guerra por otras vías") el intercambio comercial colombo-ecuatoriano se mantendrá, no obstante, indemne, aspirando incluso que se fortalezca. Más o menos lo mismo ha estado en la mente y en la acción inmediata de los empresarios colombianos, venezolanos y de ambos gobiernos al actuar rápidamente luego de la "solución" de la crisis en cuanto a garantizar los flujos comerciales bilaterales entre ambas naciones.
