Flexibilización Laboral, El Caso De Mèxico

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se presentará un breve análisis sobre la evolución histórica de la flexibilización laboral en México el cual ha provocado serias transformaciones tanto a nivel social, jurídico, político y económico. Es interesante destacar que este fenómeno ha provocado un nuevo tratamiento del derecho laboral en relación con la economía, el cual ha traído ciertas discusiones y posiciones por un lado juristas laboralistas y del otro lado los economistas quienes cada uno de ellos exponen ciertos puntos de vista sobre el funcionamiento del mercado laboral además de hacer referencia a la evolución de nuestra legislación laboral (Ley federal del trabajo, Constitución política de los estados unidos mexicanos 1917).
