Abstract

La Universidad Autónoma “Benito Juárez” de Oaxaca, a través de la Agencia de Desarrollo ha establecido el vínculo institucional en diversas comunidades del estado, para conocer los problemas que se dan en cada una de ellas y que no permiten su desarrollo. Es importante mencionar que a pesar del avance tecnológico en todas las ciudades del mundo, en México y algunas regiones del Estado de Oaxaca, actualmente se encuentra con la grave situación de carencia de servicios indispensables tales como: energía eléctrica, sistema de agua potable, vivienda, drenaje y alcantarillado.
