Abstract

El presente trabajo establece un programa automatizado (PSICOQUIM), el cual cuenta con diferentes test psicométricos, los cuales tratan de hacer viable el Proceso de Selección contribuyendo, a que los Comités de expertos obtengan la información en el tiempo establecido y con la confiabilidad que requiere este proceso para la toma de decisiones en la incorporación o no del candidato en la organización.
