Abstract

El precio del petróleo sigue su camino y nadie se atreve a pensar en el declive para un horizonte de corto o mediano plazo. Pareciera que la escalada de precios que comenzó en el año 1999 de manera lenta, y que se potenció en los últimos dos años, ha llegado para quedarse un buen rato.
