Desarrollo Empresarial de las Mipymes Proveedoras del Sector Público Inscritas al Programa Cadenas Productivas de Nacional Financiera: Una Radiografía en el Caso de la CFE

Abstract

En este proyecto se desarrolla una descripción y caracterización de las acciones que han adoptado las Mipymes, proveedoras de la Residencia Regional de Construcción de Proyectos de Transmisión y Transformación Sureste (RRCPTTS) de la Comisión Federal de Electricidad y que se encuentran actualmente inscritas al programa Cadenas Productivas de Nafin. Los factores adoptados es el análisis fueron Capacidad financiera. Gestión de Recursos Humanos, Recursos Tecnológicos, Calidad de Productos y servicios e Innovación. Los principales hallazgos revelan que se requiere un sobre esfuerzo de la Banca de desarrollo para facilitar el acceso al financiamiento por parte de las Mipymes; la formación del recurso humano para adaptarse a la apertura de las fronteras y la actualización de las tecnologías que requieren los procesos, así como la comunicación eficiente con sus clientes y proveedores, a través del uso de la Internet.
