El desarrollo organizacional frente al paradigma ambiental

Abstract

Que el mundo cambia y se trasforma permanentemente, no hay duda, las personas que hoy existen, no son las mismas que hace doscientos años, las ciudades, el campo, la industria, tampoco lo son. El presente artículo tiene como objetivo principal establecer la relación existente entre el desarrollo organizacional con respecto al “paradigma ambiental†. Para su escritura se hizo una revisión general sobre los dos temas y se construyó a partir de allí, un dialogo que permita establecer la relación entre los conceptos abordados.
