Educación ambiental en las universidades, retos y desafíos ambientales

Abstract

Esta investigación analiza la importancia de la incorporación de la Educación Ambiental en la Educación Superior como competencia esencial de la formación de los futuros profesionales y lograr en ellos una conciencia ambiental fomentando el compromiso para contribuir al cambio social, cultural, económico por medio de valores, actitudes y habilidades y alcanzar los grandes objetivos necesarios para el desarrollo sostenible en el cual propone que la comunidad universitaria adquiera conocimientos ecológicos y ambiental y que contribuyan a la solución de los problemas ambientales de la población y mejoren la calidad de vida en base de principios bioéticos, metodológicos, conceptuales, pedagógicos y epistemológicos.
