Incidencia del calentamiento global en la flora y fauna del Ecuador

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación es acerca del fenómeno generador de los inconvenientes ambientales globales más complejos y alteraciones en los procesos naturales de los océanos y actividades humanas, el calentamiento global. De esta manera, el propósito del estudio, es determinar los efectos producidos por el calentamiento en los distintos ecosistemas ecuatorianos, enfocándose en la flora y fauna. Se obtuvo como resultado, que las consecuencias ecológicas más perjudiciales son las afectaciones en la cadena trófica, ya que puede ocasionar extinciones secundarias, y otras perturbaciones en el desarrollo e interacción de las especies, además que el cambio climático es un determinante que afecta la dinámica poblacional. Por lo que se concluye que a través de mayores estudios, se pueden plantear métodos de prevención y remediación ambiental que ayuden a solucionar dicho desafío social.
