Gerencia de la participación ciudadana para el cambio climático en Venezuela

Abstract

Es bien sabido que el cambio climático representa un problema mundial que afecta el desarrollo sustentable de todo el planeta. Por tal motivo, esta investigación tuvo como objetivo proponer un programa sobre la gestión ambiental para la mitigación de los impactos del cambio climático desde la participación ciudadana a nivel nacional. La misma se enmarcó dentro del diseño bibliográfico bajo el esquema documental. La propuesta fue diseñada para orientar el desarrollo sustentable por medio de la formulación de políticas, recomendaciones y acciones y haciendo hincapié en la evaluación y control de todo proceso que relacionado con la garantía de la armonía ambiental. Se destaca que la gestión ambiental transparente, con flujo de información y participación ciudadana, facilitará la mitigación del impacto del cambio climático en el desarrollo de la nación.
