Reducción de la fertilización edáfica con aplicación de fertilizantes foliares en cultivo de arroz

Abstract

El presente trabajo se realizó en el Cantón La Troncal, Provincia del Cañar, Ecuador. Se planteó evaluar la efectividad de los productos Fertiquel mix plus, Metalosate multimineral y BiQ sobre el comportamiento agronómico del cultivo de arroz y realizar el análisis económico, mediante la relación beneficio - costo. En función de un análisis previo del suelo, los tratamientos fueron: T1 (Sin fertilizante foliar + 50% de la dosis), T2 (Sin fertilizante foliar + 100% de la dosis), T3 (Fertiquel mix plus + 50% de la dosis), T4 (Fertiquel mix plus + 100% de la dosis), T5 (Metalosate multimineral liq + 100% de la dosis), T6 (Metalosate multimineral liq + 100% de la dosis), T7(BiQ + 50% de la dosis) y T8 (BiQ + 100% de la dosis). En la determinación del mejor tratamiento, mediante la respuesta del cultivo de arroz, el mayor rendimiento se obtuvo en el T1 con una media de 6154,3kg/ha. En cuanto al análisis económico efectuado por la Relación Beneficio Costo, el mejor fue el T1, con una relación beneficio-costo 1,17, significando que por cada dólar de inversión se recibe 1,19 centavos de utilidad.
