De La Memorias De Sostenibilidad A La Informaciã“N Integrada: Posible Soluciã“N A La Falta De Utilidad De Los Reportes Financieros

Abstract

En este trabajo ponemos de manifiesto, la importancia de la información de base social que presentan las empresas de cara a la toma de decisiones; en este sentido, en primer lugar, analizamos las deficiencias que presentan los informes divulgados por las empresas, de cara a su utilidad. Partiendo de la información, tanto obligatoria como voluntaria, realizamos un análisis de las principales tendencias actuales. Por ello, considerando el hecho de que hoy en día prácticamente la totalidad de las grandes empresas, presentan información de base social, hemos realizado un estudio de los principales sobre las principales deficiencias de la citada información, así como sobre cuál podría ser la solución a las citadas deficiencias, y siguiendo en el deseo de ver en qué punto nos encontramos a día de hoy, hemos considerado necesario realizar un desarrollo de los avances en torno a la información integrada.
