El Programa Pesa Y El Problema De La Escasez Del Agua. Un Estudio De Caso De Las Mujeres Indã Genas De Santa Lucã A Miahuatlã N, Oaxaca

Abstract

El presente trabajo pretende documentar mediante un estudio de caso realizado en Santa Lucía Miahuatlán, la participación de las mujeres indígenas en el Proyecto Estratégico de Seguridad Alimentaria para dar solución mediante la implementación de un proyecto productivo al problema de escasez de agua, situación que había complejizado más las condiciones de marginación de la comunidad. El estudio de corte cualitativo presenta en un primer momento el sustento teórico abordando los conceptos de políticas públicas y género, se expone además un mapeo contextual sobre la región de estudio y una exploración de los sujetos involucrados. Los instrumentos utilizados para el levantamiento de la información consistieron en una serie de encuestas y entrevistas semiestructuradas. Finalmente el análisis de los hallazgos se llevó a cabo contrastando las bases de sustento teórico con los argumentos aportados por los sujetos entrevistados.
