Propuesta Urbanã Stica Para La Comuna Cadeate De La Ruta Spondylus De La Costa Ecuatoriana

Abstract

El presente trabajo investigativo tiene como propósito describir el diseño de un programa de desarrollo urbanístico como mediación estratégica para la comuna Cadeate de la Parroquia Manglaralto, de tal manera que permita ser un utensilio de gestión para el desarrollo sostenible a la Península de Santa Elena de la Costa Ecuatoriana. El enfoque metodológico es el crítico-social, ya que en ella está descrita la realidad de las comunas asentadas en la ruta Spondylus, constatando la carencia de una planificación urbanística, por consiguiente, se expone la propuesta como vía de solución a una mejor forma de vida de los ciudadanos de la región, al sector turístico y a su ecología. Esto permite concluir que la propuesta de intervención coadyuvará a generar estrategias de crecimiento sustentable dentro de la sociedad rural de Manglaralto.
