Anã Lisis De Las Polã Ticas Y Programas De Los Proyectos En El Sector Agroindustrial Para El Desarrollo Del Municipio

Abstract

La agricultura y la industria han sido consideradas tradicionalmente como dos sectores separados tanto por sus características como por su función en el crecimiento económico. Se ha estimado que la agricultura es el elemento característico de la primera etapa del desarrollo, mientras que se ha utilizado el grado de industrialización como el indicador más pertinente del avance de una zona. Asimismo, al iniciar un proyecto de agroindustria, es pertinente, realizar una definición sobre la misma, el cual se refiere a la sub-serie de actividades de manufacturación mediante las cuales se elaboran materias primas y productos intermedios derivados del sector agrícola. La agroindustria significa así la transformación de productos procedentes de la agricultura, la actividad forestal y la pesca. Ante esta situación, es necesario realizar proyectos que permitan la explotación de estas actividades, para un crecimiento continuo, sostenible y factible; así, al recibir proyectos de este tipo, es necesario tener en cuenta criterios y procesos que permitan la selección de los mismos. Es por ello que esta investigación busca analizar el papel de las políticas y programas de los proyectos agroindustriales en el desarrollo del municipio. En su desarrollo se toma en cuenta los procesos de selección de proyectos para el progreso agroindustrial, identificando las particularidades de las economías subdesarrolladas y especificando los diseños y selección de proyectos como medio para el desarrollo territorial.
