Actividad Antagónica De Microorganismos Marinos Frente A Patógenos De Origen Clínico Y Su Permanencia En Los Cultivos De Rotíferos

Abstract

Se evaluó la actividad antibacteriana de bacterias marinas aisladas de los cultivos de Brachionus plicatilis (rotífero) confrontadas con bacterias patógenas de origen clínico Staphylococcus aureus 25923 Gram (+) y Escherichia coli Gram (-) 25922. Solo tres bacterias formaron el halo de inhibición como interacción antagónica. Se les realizó a las tres bacterias la identificación bioquímica rápida con el API 20NE, resultaron ser Vibrio alginolyticus. Se observó la formación de halos de inhibición como respuesta antagónica que presentaron las bacterias en estudio frente a las cepas testigo mediante la técnica de doble capa.
