Ecomuseus E Desenvolvimento Local: O Caso Do Ecomuseu Tradições Do Xisto (Serra Da Lousã)

Abstract

As novas práticas museológicas e, em particular, os ecomuseus têm assumido um papel importante na conservação e valorização do património natural e cultural em diversas regiões mas, também, nos processos de desenvolvimento dos territórios, em especial nos contextos rurais e de montanha. No universo de ecomuseus existente em Portugal, verdadeiros centros de conservação da memória e identidade cultural dos territórios e das suas populações, há alguns que se destacam pelas suas intervenções, forma de atuação e inovação, como é o caso do Ecomuseu Tradições do Xisto (Serra da Lousã).
